Ben Lippen competes in the SCISA (South Carolina Independent Schools Association) athletic league. SCISA offers a complete athletic program, crowning State Champions in 22 sports and offering All-Star games in volleyball, soccer, football, basketball, baseball and softball.

Sixth graders at Ben Lippen may participate on sports teams that do not have cuts. Cross country, swimming, and track and field are sports that never have cuts and would be available for sixth grade boys and girls. Sixth grade boys may also participate in Middle School Football.
