Dr. Tony Fajardo has been the headmaster of Ben Lippen School since 2017, a college preparatory school in Columbia, South Carolina.

Dr. Fajardo is a seasoned educator with over 20 years of experience in school administration. He started his career as a teacher, coach, and dean of students at Dade Christian School in Miami, Florida. He also served as secondary principal at Florida Bible Christian School in Miramar, Florida. Furthermore, He served as the headmaster of Northside Christian Academy in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Fajardo is an active member of the Executive Team of the Council on Educational Standards and Accountability (CESA) board of trustees.

Dr. Fajardo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Barry University, a Master of Science Degree in Management and Administration of Educational Programs from Nova Southeastern University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Columbia International University. Dr. Fajardo also completed the Van Lunen Fellows program for Executive Management.

Dr. Fajardo has been married to his wife, Becky, for 22 years, and they have three children (Corey, Tyler, and Connor). His passion for the Lord and drive for exemplary Christian school leadership are the foundation of his professional endeavors and service. Dr. Fajardo also enjoys reading, golfing, and fishing in his spare time.
