Daniel recently completed his 1.5 year service in the military. During this time he stood out as a leader and earned the rank of a Senior Instructor at the U.S. Army KATUSA Boot Camp which is in the 8th Army Wightman NCO Academy. Alongside U.S. Army Counterparts, he instructed 2,380 KATUSAs soldiers (Korean Augmentation to the United States Army) and readied them for assignments to U.S. Army bases located all over the South Korean peninsula. This fall Daniel will return to the University of California- Irvine to resume his studies as a junior Business Economics major. He plans to graduate early and hopes to earn his diploma by the end of the spring ‘24 semester. We are so proud of you, Daniel!
