Dear Faculty and Staff,

Thank you for your prayers throughout the search for Ben Lippen’s next Head of School. Your participation was an important part of the search process. Thank you for the time you have invested in this season of transition at Ben Lippen School.

Based on the recommendation of the Ben Lippen Head of School Search Committee, I am pleased to announce my appointment of Dr. Ben Porter as our next Head of School. Dr. Porter has accepted the position and will officially begin April 1, 2025. Dr. Porter will also represent Ben Lippen as the CIU Vice-President of Christian Education.

We extend our deep gratitude to the Search Committee and Dr. Michael Johnson, CIU College of Education Dean, for their countless hours of prayer and deliberation in selecting our next Head of School. 

We look forward to welcoming Dr. Porter and embracing this new chapter with faith, unity, and gratitude for God’s provision.
