We kicked off the school year with a beloved member of the Falcon family, Ashley Mack, joining our staff as the new Community Life Coordinator for the Upper School. In this role, she will seek relationship-building, discipleship, and mentorship opportunities with our students and strive to grow the relationships and partnerships with faculty, parents, and the broader school community. 

Ashley has spent fifteen years working in ministry with preschool, youth, and women focusing on coping and life skills education, mentoring, counseling, and cultivating relationships. She has a heart for discipleship, fostering healthy spiritual relationships, and growing leaders. We look forward to many great things as she develops this program and works with our students.

She has been married to Erv for thirteen years with four amazing kids: Jackson (Ben Lippen 7th grader), Alani (Ben Lippen 3rd grader), Jace (Ben Lippen PreK-3 Fall 2025), Siah (UNC Pembroke), and one pup Stone Rex.
