Students will learn ‘painting’ techniques for chalk and oil pastels and ink drawing. They will create, matte, and mount pastel paintings and ink drawings ready to frame and display, all the while having a great time creating art. At the end of the week, each student will leave with his or her very own set of chalk and oil pastels, set of drawing pens, paint brushes and paint pallet, field-sketching board, and art techniques to use for a lifetime of art enjoyment!
