Boosterthon 2019

October 28, 2019 Ben Lippen News

Boosterthon is a two-week character-based fundraising program that kicks off with a lower school pep rally at SAR on Tuesday, October 29. Students will then gather pledges from friends and family for each lap completed at the Fun Run, usually between 30-35 laps. The main event is our first ever Falcon GLOW RUN which will be held in the gymnasium on November 7.

Last year we met our $20,000 goal and increased security with additional fencing, lighting, and cameras. This year we want to raise $20,000 for lower school technology. We have asked the experts at Boosterthon to power our Glow Run making it easier, more profitable, and more fun. Learn more about Boosterthon by visiting https://vimeo.com/177157581.

Students will also experience an amazing character theme, MINDSPARK: WILD WEST! Boosterthon’s most exciting theme yet combines S.T.E.A.M. skills (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) with character-building. While they’re teaming up with the MindSpark Kids to save Dr. Shock, our students will learn five character traits that will help strengthen themselves and our world.

So please help us reach our goal by getting pledges from family and friends and entering them on FUNRUN.COM. Upper School families are welcome to join the fun by pledging to Talon.
