Picture Retakes – Picture retake orders are due by Monday, October 21.

College Admissions Counselor:  I am so excited to announce that Ben Lippen School is hosting The College Funding Coach® on October 15th from 6:00- 8:00 pm. This event is for any family wanting to learn how to pay for college (Preschool – High School). The College Funding Coach® was founded in 2002 to help families better understand the complexities of paying for college and how to make higher education more affordable. Since that time, The College Funding Coach®team has been on a mission to help families save on the high cost of higher education. The College Funding Coach’s founder, Brock Jolly, realized that most families want to help pay for their children’s education; but they often lack the liquidity and/or the cash flow to be able to do so. The College Funding Coach® has established an approach that helps parents understand the college funding process, reduce their out-of-pocket expenses, and balance the challenge of saving for college and retirement simultaneously. This is a free educational event.  Please register by clicking HERE.  From:   Katie Pink, College Admissions Counselor

Fine Arts at the State Fair:  Ben Lippen is excited to partner with the state of South Carolina by contributing live performances and exhibits to the annual State Fair!  Plan to join us this Thursday, October 10, for performances by our High School Bluegrass Band and High School Guitar Ensemble. The Guitar Ensemble will perform at 5 p.m. in the Cantey Building, and the Bluegrass Band will perform at 7 p.m. at the South Gate Stage. Both performing groups are under the direction of Mr. Chris Essig. Additionally, selected pieces of art created by our lower and middle school students will be on display in the Cantey Building from October 9 through October 20. Student artwork was created under the instruction of Mr. Jack Branney and Mrs. Karen Atten.
