School-Issued Device Maintenance Program
This year as well, each School Issued Device will be enrolled into our Maintenance Program. Each families FACTs account will be billed a one-time $75.00 fee per student issued device.
This Program will provide each School Issued Device with coverage to repair the devices should they become damaged. There will be no other repair fees to the family except where the damages are deemed to be caused by water/moisture. Should the damages be caused due to water/moisture, or otherwise deemed unrepairable, then the family will be charged a fee of $350.00.
If a repair becomes necessary, the student needs to notify the IT Department that a repair is necessary on their device, via the BLS Ticketing System, or BLSTech@BenLippen.com. Arrangements will be made to bring the device in, a loaner device will be issued, and the repair will be made.
