State of the School Recap
Ben Lippen School parents, grandparents, board members and friends gathered in the new William H. Jones Global Business and IT Center at CIU on March 9 to celebrate what God has done and hear plans for the future at the annual State of the School event. Headmaster Fajardo touted our growth across fine arts and athletics, increased service and discipleship opportunities for our students, and the expansion of our academic programs. He reemphasized Ben Lippen’s commitment to invest in people, programs, and facilities that will continue to impact the trajectory of every student who walks our hallways.
One of the most exciting announcements of the night was the news that a $100,000 match has been offered to Ben Lippen School if an additional $100,000 can be given or pledged. We are closing the gap on the $5.5 million Cultivate Campaign goal with this match and the additional gifts and pledges that we have received since January 1. In addition to the construction of the new Arts and Science Center, the Cultivate Campaign has allowed for upgrades on both the Monticello Road and St. Andrews Road campuses and other priorities normally addressed through the annual fund, such as security, financial aid, and enhanced teacher development.
We encourage our families to join the many other donors who have already given or pledged to the Cultivate Campaign. If you have any questions or want to get on board, please contact Development Director Kelly Davis at Kelly.Davis@benlippen.com.
