What do you love about Ben Lippen School?

I love the supportive and genuine culture that is fully alive at Ben Lippen! It is a nurturing and personal environment where teachers pour into each student, and the students also support one another. There are many opportunities for the arts and sports and science. My son participates in the Robotics club after school! I also love the Monday chapel. It is a chance for the students to worship together weekly, and it has become one of my son’s favorite things.

Why did you choose Ben Lippen for your child(ren)?

Our town’s school system is large with hundreds of students in each grade. We knew our son would blossom more in a smaller environment, and especially one where he can openly talk about his faith and grow in it. Additionally, there are more choices and chances to be apart of Ben Lippen extracurricular activities and clubs. After touring Ben Lippen and witnessing the culture of the school, we felt a strong assurance it was the right place for our son.

In what ways have you seen your child grow in their faith as a result of their experience at Ben Lippen?

Our son practices memory Bible verses each week as an assignment for his Bible class. It is an opportunity for him to talk with us at home about they mean to him and what he learned in class. He loves the Monday chapel and will enthusiastically tell me about it when I pick him up from school.

What is the one word your family would use to describe the Ben Lippen experience?

Quality.

What would you tell other parents to encourage them to consider enrolling their children at Ben Lippen School?

Step out in faith that it could be the right path for your child! Take a tour and meet some people there. At first we were so nervous to move our son from the school he was accustomed to…but now that he is at Ben Lippen, I only wish we had done it sooner!
