Kaylen Frazee Awarded Claudia Walker McCain Fine Arts Scholarship

Congratulations to Junior Kaylen Frazee, the 2022-23 recipient of the Claudia Walker McCain Fine Arts Scholarship! Kaylen was selected to receive this scholarship award because of her contributions to the Ben Lippen Fine Arts department over the past year, as well as her desire to glorify God with her talents. Kaylen is involved in the Worship Arts Band, is on the Chapel Audio and Visual Team, and has helped in numerous ways with the middle and high school theatrical productions. Additionally, she is an officer in the National Honor Society, is involved in Model UN, and serves as the manager of two Ben Lippen Athletics teams. Kaylen is pictured below with her mother, Tracy, Fine Arts Director Taylor Nelson, and Scholarship Founder Dr. Rick McCain.

Claudia Walker McCain was known for her countless hours as a volunteer director of the middle school drama program at Ben Lippen School while her children were students here. This scholarship is intended to continue her legacy in the pursuit of the fine arts at Ben Lippen for the furtherance of God’s Kingdom. Applications for this scholarship are accepted each spring for rising juniors and seniors who are involved in the Ben Lippen School Fine Arts program.
