What do you teach?

I teach 7th grade Bible.

I have been married for 14 years. We have a 7-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son.

Why did you choose to come to Ben Lippen?

I wanted to get away from a smelly paper mill and be closer to family.

What do you enjoy most about teaching at Ben Lippen?

I get to help my students understand and defend their faith.

Why did you choose your specific area of study?

I didn’t–God called me to be a Bible teacher, and I obeyed.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I like to go to the beach, be home with my family, read, study, watch movies, try new restaurants, and look at space through my telescope.

What is your favorite part of the school day?

I love teaching and talking with my colleagues.
