This is our first year at Ben Lippen. My six-year-old, Jaidah, is in the first grade at the new Northeast campus. This has been an answer to prayer and I am so grateful for the opportunity to start her educational years here at this school. I look forward to many years to come.
What do you love about Ben Lippen School?
The loving, safe environment provided is comforting to me when I leave her. All of the faculty and staff take a personal interest in each child. The atmosphere is happy, joyful, and uplifting. Jaidah awakens each morning excited about going to school.
Why did you choose Ben Lippen for your daughter?
I chose Ben Lippen for the great educational opportunity that is offered while instilling Christian values and applying biblical principles daily. These are the important things that I feel she needs as she goes forward in life.
In what ways have you seen Jaidah grow in her faith as a result of her experiences at Ben Lippen?
I have watched as her personal relationship with Jesus grows each day. She is learning that prayer is not just for meals and bedtime but rather a direct link for her to our heavenly Father. Her knowledge of the Bible is growing because the teachers are presenting it in a joyful way that makes her desire to grow also. She has a joy inside that she cannot contain, she wants to spread that love and joy with everyone she encounters. I attribute a lot of this to her surroundings at Ben Lippen.
What is the one word your family would use to describe the Ben Lippen experience?
One word??? FAMILY
Since the loss of my husband, the words “it takes a village to raise a child” have taken a new meaning to me. Ben Lippen is more than a school, it is the “village” that is helping to make this journey easier. The support, caring atmosphere and building relationships with fellow believers are invaluable to both of us.
What would you tell other parents who are considering enrolling their children at Ben Lippen School?
Pray and keep your eyes focused upward to the Lord. He will show you the way even when you feel that you are up against insurmountable obstacles.
