The Wizard of Oz

Ben Lippen Fine Arts is excited to launch the 2023-2024 season with our middle school production of The Wizard of Oz: Youth Edition! Open to students in grades 5-8, auditions will take place after school on August 10 & 11 in the Choir Room.

Audition Requirements:

• • 1. Complete the Audition Form
  • 2. Sign-up for an Audition Time (found in the Audition Form)
  • 3. Prepare to sing 30 seconds of any song, unaccompanied

Students who remain after school for their audition should report to Room 104, where the Fine Arts Department will provide supervision. Students should be picked up at the Middle School Carpool Drop-Off immediately after their audition. Students who are not picked up after their audition will be escorted to After-School Study Hall and charged a supervision fee on their FACTS account.

Students in grades 7-12 may apply to serve on the backstage crew by completing the Crew Application. The Crew Application is due by Friday, August 11.

Tickets for The Wizard of Oz: Youth Edition will go on sale at the following times:

• • Friends of Fine Arts Members: Monday, October 16, 2023 at 9 a.m.
  • Families of Cast & Crew: Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 9 a.m.
  • General Public: Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at 9 a.m.
